In the Stationstraat, a small legendary chapel is perched on its slope. According to legend, at the end of the 16th or beginning of the 17th century, a Spanish gentleman, fearing to perish in the city ravaged by the plague, vowed to build a chapel there if he emerged unscathed from this infested place after half of the village's inhabitants had already died. This story is told on the four stained glass windows of the chapel, founded in the 17th century and rebuilt in 1949.
