The Olijfboom (or the Olive Tree) takes you to the sweetness of the South, like a tramontane breeze. Both elegant and simple, this luxury bistro with a sober and warm decoration, but with silver cutlery, will put you at ease thanks to a smiling welcome. To wait, nibble on a breadstick or an olive and observe the walls presenting a wide choice of whiskies and cognacs of all ages. The wines are not to be outdone with more than 800 references, both French and international. On the kitchen side, your nose will be alert to the multiple flavours that the chef is cooking in front of you. You will be able to taste quality dishes, cooked according to the seasons and which have that little something extra that you won't find elsewhere. Fish or meat, you will appreciate the suggestions and their pretty presentations. The titles are already evocative: "lobster salad with a warm truffle vinaigrette" or "suckling pig with its pickles sauce". The Olijfboom offers you a great opportunity to enjoy refined dishes in a light atmosphere, facing the sun on the lovely terrace. No wonder the chef was awarded a Michelin Gourmet BIB!
