BAKERY MUSEUM
Apart from the city, an ancient farm in the seventeenth century houses this museum where the utensils of the day used, and still serve, the manufacture of bread and confectionery. In a typical bakery, you will discover step by step the different stages leading to the manufacture of bread: the different types of cereals, the preparation of dough, cooking methods… You will also learn how the bakers' daily bakery was taking place in the nineteenth century, but also how the figures are made in marzipan and in the specculoos, how cocoa beans are transformed into chocolate… There is also a very beautiful windmill that serves. It has to fly cereals for the needs of the farm and an educational garden where, depending on the period of the year, you can see various grains and cultures.
