Enclosed between the coastline and the road connecting Zeebrugge to Blankenberge, the dunes forming a narrow cordon are home to a precious nature reserve: De Fonteintjes, "The Fountains" in French. This reserve is an alternation of ponds, thickets and wet dune valleys with an exceptional flora. You will be able to observe orchids! Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the beauty and especially the calm of the place, protected by the dunes.
