A charming neighborhood inn with a bohemian flair. The place is a former picture-framing workshop. Precision craftsmanship continues, this time at the service of guests. The dishes are prepared with great care. Local products are given pride of place. The menu includes baccalà montecato (Venetian cod cream), tagliolini with truffles and bean soup with red radish from Treviso. And for gourmets with a sweet tooth, the establishment now boasts its own café and patisserie, with exquisite creations.

Naturalmente ciò che più di tutto mi ha colpita è stato il cibo. L’antipasto, particolarmente ricco e variegato, è stato un inizio perfetto. Ho trovato piacevole anche la mortadella al profumo di tartufo (anche se generalmente non lo amo!). Come secondi piatti abbiamo preso una fracosta e dell’arrosto di coniglio, già accompagnati da zucca, peperone, patate e finocchi gratinati. Infine anche il dolce, un semifreddo con panna, meringhe e fragole, è stato il degno finale di una cena perfetta.
Conto in linea con la qualità del cibo.
Da ritornare, bel ristorante in centro a Cittadella.
