A channel that rarely disappoints and that, once again, lives up to our expectations. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel is well located, some good restaurants are within walking distance. It is mainly frequented by businessmen and women who can be seen walking in the corridors in costumes and suits. We appreciate the view from the rooms overlooking the river. The swimming pool is indoor and heated, so you can enjoy it even in winter. For an extra charge, you can have a good breakfast, with a hot dish, on site.

The least competent hotel staff I’ve ever dealt with. Truly shocking.

The room's soundproofing is some of the worst, can hear the elevator ding when it gets to the floor, and even conversations in other rooms are fairly noticeable. The room also is pretty dark and doesn't quite have enough light. Attached pictures show some of the mess in the room, definitely some of the worst attention to cleaning I've seen.

First of all, this hotel is in the heart of downtown Rochester, which is very good... and also very bad.

The staff was incredibly nice, my room was amazing, but god, the hotel was completely overbooked. There was a business leaders of America conference there and it was peak annoyance. Imagine hundreds of unsupervised teenagers running amok. The elevator took a MINIMUM of 15 minutes. Not even kidding. Even the pilots staying there were trying to change their hotels. I definitely would've chosen another hotel 30 or 45 minutes away to avoid this real life version of Rugrats.

There really should've been some language on the website or information sent out to anyone not associated with this conference to let them know this was going on.

Great hotel, but the location makes it susceptible to several conferences and conventions. Hard pass.

Extremely over priced and the food in restaurant as well as room service is horrific. The rooms are not worth the extremely high price. The hot tub was cold and pure clorox. Never again.

The hotel is well located in the center of downtown. While the city has a limited amount of things worth walking to, the things that are were close to the hotel and made it easy to get to. The hotel itself was clearly renovated recently and the renovation did a good job with the rooms clean and in good condition. Only real critique is that there were no towel racks which seems like a weird design omission during a remodel. The hotel restaurant had good food and the employees were extremely nice. It's honestly a recommendation if you're looking for somewhere to eat going there is not a bad choice at all. Overall if I were to stay in Rochester again I would book this hotel again.
