The staff was incredibly nice, my room was amazing, but god, the hotel was completely overbooked. There was a business leaders of America conference there and it was peak annoyance. Imagine hundreds of unsupervised teenagers running amok. The elevator took a MINIMUM of 15 minutes. Not even kidding. Even the pilots staying there were trying to change their hotels. I definitely would've chosen another hotel 30 or 45 minutes away to avoid this real life version of Rugrats.
There really should've been some language on the website or information sent out to anyone not associated with this conference to let them know this was going on.
Great hotel, but the location makes it susceptible to several conferences and conventions. Hard pass.
For 2 rooms no towels and no blankets.
Coffee Machine was disgusting.
$15 dollar breakfast, no variety, rotten fruit, and horrible customer service.
Disgrace to be called a 3 star hotel.
DO NOT COME HERE.
Food at the restaurant was ok.
Room are old however bed super comfy
Saturday we went to the restaurant for lunch. We were maybe the 10th couple in line and waited about half an hour to be seated. We ordered 2 burgers right as we sat down since we were in a hurry. Our drinks came quickly but the food never came. We waited for an hour and asked our waitress twice if the food was coming while watched many tables that came after us be served. She kept telling us “they are putting it on the plate”. Finally we just had to leave to get back to our conference.
Our hotel experience was so disappointing. It’s not worth the money. I would maybe try the Hilton next door.
