The founder of the house, Giancarlo Zigante, the largest collection, entered the Guinness Book of Records in 1999 with its biggest truffle ever weighed (1.31 kg)! Since then, he has received guests from all over the world who appreciate a cuisine dedicated to the exceptional gourmet product. Good fortune, the family opened a factory around truffle, which is displayed and sold in all its forms. Whether it is in vacuum, conditioned in small bowls or as a matter added to condiments, perfumed oils, butter, pâté, honey, cheese, cheese, dried pasta and even cakes. Since then, the company has opened a restaurant, a guest house and a website for online sale.

Wer nicht im Restaurant Zigante war ist am Genußtempel der Trüffel vorbeigefahren.
Liegt eher abseits der üblichen Pisten, doch ein Abstecher dorthin bleibt Zeit Lebens in Erinnerung.
