The Giran family, owner of the place since 1880, warmly welcomes you to their farmhouse every lunchtime (except Wednesday) from the end of March to the beginning of November. There, in the heart of this kingdom of greenery, lost between the sea wall and the island of pink flamingos, you can discover all the local specialties: tellines, mussels in cream sauce, gardiane of bull, grilled bull's rib with fleur de sel... They can be eaten in the garden in summer or in front of a nice fire in autumn, for a romantic atmosphere. It's hard to imagine anything more authentic!
