DOMAINE DE LA TOUR DU CAZEAU - GANADERIA GIRAUD
Farmhouse inn offering local dishes made from fresh produce.
Ten years after the purchase of the property in 1992, Ida Giraud created the farmhouse inn with her husband Albert. Of course, local dishes are king there. The gardian beef, shoulder of lamb with garlic and thyme, bouillabaisse and pied packets are the most emblematic. Worked exclusively from fresh products, they can only be eaten after booking. Guests have imagined six different menus to satisfy all tastes: gardian, Provençal, Italian, du pelot, Sambuc and butcher. And then there are the special, typical and authentic orders: spit-roasted toro leg and royal paella (for a minimum of 30 people), bouillabaisse (for a minimum of 6 people), game and wild boar on a spit (only during the hunting season).
