The chef prepares the meals in front of his guests: a real moment of sharing and delight because here, local products are glorified: bull fillet carpaccio with parmesan chips, wolf fish fillet with lemon, seasonal vegetable, fillet of bull from the estate, juice with morels, organic rice of Camargue... it really makes your tastebuds in turmoil! In summer, go to the terrace of the hotel in a dreamlike leafy setting. Every Saturday evening in July and in August, gipsy shows are organized.
