CA'MEA
You cannot miss the huge mushroom proudly standing at the entrance and which serves as emblem. Cristiano, the Chef, started up his career in the greatest restaurants of the Monacco. Back to the country in 1976, he started his business and restores a former mill to open Ca'Mea. The setting is rather rustic and very mountain-style with stone walls, wooden tables and a chimney. The speciality of the restaurant? The mushroom of course! It is the king of the kitchen. The fixed price menu is very copious: at least 10 dishes are served to please the clients: artichokes or mushroom carpaccio, ricotta Ca'Mea, lamb leg grilled on olive wood, bagna cauda, homemade tiramisu... and there is the summer or the winter version of the menu. The place has been remaining crowded for years. We need to mention the excellent value for money and the warm welcome. Wine and digestifs as much as you like.
