AUTOUR DE LA RUCHE
You need to make a thourough visit of this flagship shop if you want to bring back some Provencal sweets. Jean-Luc Reymond carefully selects his ingredients and especially honey directly from beekeepers from the great south: lavender honey, chestnut, heather and rhododendron to name a few. It is the raw material of macaroons and gourmet tiles that he makes on site. He uses them in apéritives flavours with pistou/tomatoes and black olives, and it is renowned. You can see Jean-Luc carrying his plates of flavoured cakes at the opening of his shop and throughout the day. And you can enjoy on the spot with a good coffee, the counter has been made for that purpose! Also made from honey, white and black nougat, with raspberry pistachio, salted butter caramel, retail or in packages gingerbread and sweets. Some wines of the surrounding estates and a cosmetic and apitherapy section, only made in France completes the range. Jean-Luc composes with all this baskets to offer, entirely local ... until the presentation, gardener's punnet and straw of melons of Cavaillon.
