Restaurant with terrace on the waterfront where the chef concocts a traditional cuisine with a mix of flavors.
In a charming baroque setting near the casino, you'll discover the traditional gastronomy of this chic and pleasant restaurant, whose kitchens are run by chef Clément Carbonniel. On the day of our visit, on the "Allée des soupirs" menu, we were tempted by semi-cooked foie gras with peppers and onion compote, followed by cod, risotto and chorizo, before finishing with a plate of goat's cheese from the Chèvrerie de Chantolle in Pougues. And don't forget the delightful waterside terrace!
