The castle appears out of the desert of Tartars. Perched on its promontory at 700 m above sea level, it is 270 ° on a horizon where the eye loses endlessly. The very charming terrace shaded with olive trees allows to discover the products of the house while enjoying the view: 67 different varieties of tea, local products, pastry, with caramel almonds being offered to the visitor. André, the owner of the places, Normand, who landed there years ago, put all his know-how and skills to restore, to the extent of his possibilities, the ruins he fell in love with. An excellent address.
