Located on the Antully plateau, the Marie Boissy restaurant is one of the most welcoming in the world. At the end of 2023, Coralie Boissard and Aurélien Pernel (who has worked at some of the finest restaurants in Savoie and Switzerland) took over this institution, which dates back to the beginning of the 20th century, and added their own personal touch. The menu features a range of formulas and noble products prepared with passion, such as ravioles with snail cream, pike quenelle with lobster sauce, Gaston Gérard-style poultry or faux filet with regularly-changing sauces.
