At Le Cathédral, at the back of Autun's majestic edifice, you'll enjoy the cuisine of chef Étienne Brenot-Lonjard, who assists Philippe and Charly Barnay, the restaurant's creators. The menu is creative, focusing on Burgundy classics in boldly successful flavor combinations. Vegetarian dishes are also on offer. The elegantly chic dining room, with its red armchairs contrasting with exposed stone walls, offers typical views of the narrow streets of old Autun, including the cathedral. Splendid terrace in summer!

Mis à part que le menu est à 30 € non 28€ comme sur Internet, il n'a pas grand chose d'autre comme conseil.
La seule chose intéressante en fait, c'est la vue qui fait payer très cher dans son menu.
Heureusement, il y a d'autres restaurants avec des patrons heureux de travailler.
