Ludivine and Thomas Dunoyer are committed to preserving the timeless charm of 19th-century bistros in their restaurant in the Hôtel du Commerce. The decor is typical of the Belle Époque, with contemporary works of art. The 100% home-style cuisine has become bistronomic, with dishes by chef Sébastien Métayer who favors local produce, such as Morvan trout and Époisses snails. To respect the seasons, the menu changes every month. This is the perfect address for a tête-à-tête or a friendly dinner party.
