Next door to the Rolin Museum, Vincent Bevacqua has chosen an original concept for the region: cooking only seafood. The menu features swordfish, sole, turbot and mackerel, all extra fresh, depending on what's available from the coasts of Brittany or Vendée. With passion, the chef improvises and marries these beautiful products with vegetables freshly picked in the region. As for desserts, the house specialty is the unmissable millefeuilles, available in a variety of flavors.
