A traditional and now rare cuisine, old-fashioned dishes prepared with passion by Alban, the new owner.
In the mood for traditional dishes? Visit Alban, who took over the New Saint Georges Café in March 2023, transforming it into New Saint Georges by Alban. The decor is more refined and the cuisine totally revisited. "These old dishes from here and elsewhere that we don't make anymore", enthuses the chef, who officiates alone. Coq au vin, oxtail and blanquette de veau, for example, are offered according to mood and availability, in a deliberately limited choice formula.
