Family restaurant in Autun serving regional and market products, meats with a nice wine list.
The Châteaubriant is a sure bet in Autun. Regional dishes are given pride of place, and some French classics are even revisited "à la bourguignonne". Chef Richard Brown does his utmost to highlight local produce in his dishes (jambon persillé, saupiquet du Morvan...) and takes pleasure in sublimating them, as in the case of Charolais meat. The wine list is also a great success, with a selection of bottles from the Côte de Nuits to the Côte Chalonnaise. A plus: friendly, cheerful service.
