La tablée bohème is on a roll. Open since the summer of 2023, Julie and Jean-Pierre's first establishment already has its regulars, and it's best to make reservations. In a small, well-decorated room, a huge slate displays the dishes, some of which change every three or four days. Pork, fish, chicken, beef and vegetarian dishes are cooked with inventiveness and attention to detail. Freshly prepared right in front of the customer, behind a glass roof, with attentive service. Bohemian, yes, but probably here to stay.
