CAVE DES VIGNERONS DE BISSEY
Founded in 1928, the Cave de Bissey is one of the very first winegrowers' cellars in Burgundy. Its founder, Doctor Ozanon, was at the time the forerunner of the wine cooperation. This grouping then offered several advantages to the winegrowers: the control of the vinification, the maturing and the marketing of their wines. Since then, the Cave de Bissey has been able to preserve its original structure due to its size, which has remained on a human scale. It is always a friendly, almost family atmosphere that animates the winegrowers with a single common goal: to respect the terroir by producing quality and personalised wines. Shop and online sales of white wines, Chardonnay, Gamay red wines, Pinot Noir, crémants, spirits and crème de cassis. There is also a small department of local products: bramble honey, snails with Crémant de Bourgogne or artisanal mustard from Beaune.
