Raazji, the restaurant attached to the Shaikh Ebrahim Cultural Center, is especially popular with Bahrainis for its breakfasts. A must if you haven't yet tried the traditional morning meal of scrambled eggs with tomato, balaleet (sweet vermicelli), foul madames (beans in sauce) and fried potato cakes. Our favorite is the Lebanese-style salmon, a roasted steak with babaganoush (eggplant puree). You can also stop by during the day and enjoy its very pleasant setting.
