Vines have been growing in Bissy for a very long time, probably more than a thousand years! Next to the Château Pontus de Tyard, the Renaissance du Château Pontus de Tyard association planted an original vineyard about ten years ago, consisting of a chardonnay conservatory, a collection of 80 chardonnays, and a conservatory of old Burgundian grape varieties. These vines give two vintages vinified by the cellar of the Vignerons de Genouilly.
