Located a few kilometres away from Cluny, in the village of Bourgvilain, the Larochette Hostel has been awarded a Bib Gourmand and a 2016 Michelin Guide. A good and logical consecration for Chef Nicolas Guillaume and his companion Céline Becker, accompanied by their hotel master, Jean-Michel. The rewards have not changed the atmosphere of this address, which remains warm. In the service as in the kitchen, the sympathy remains and the rates have remained very reasonable. Make yourself in this renowned and historic hostel, enjoy the discreet charm of the place and especially delight yourself. The chef, of Belgian origin, has mastered the Burgundian cuisine perfectly and offers delicious and refined dishes, cooked with fresh local produce. As a result, you will find Bourgogne snails and meat side, charolaise tender and the supreme chicken are present on the map. A light, simple card that highlights the products (mullet, veal, etc.) with tantôt accompaniments (shallot sauce) sometimes sweetened (balsamic, lawyer). A tasty blend of flavours that end with fruit-based desserts (mango, apples, pear). A real delight in one of the best tables in the region.
