L'Auberge de Briant, Angélique and Filipe Pereira's restaurant, has been awarded two forks in the Michelin guide and it's deserved! After their experience at beautiful French restaurant, these two enthusiasts decided to make their own address. Located in the heart of the Brionnais in the village of Briant next to Saint-Christophe-en-Brionnais, the address is a reference. It is with great art and passion that Félipe works to create dishes that combine tradition and daring. The menu Louisa-Rose or Clara-Marie, both of which are very popular, and the menu Découverte is at its peak and invites the customer to indulge to the chef's desires. Noble products rub shoulders with ancient vegetables, Burgundian specialties are paired with products from elsewhere, so it is in this culinary mix that gourmets evolve. Veal sweetbreads, Brionnais snails, spinach and rocket salad in crumble, meurette. Free range chicken supreme, chanterelles, rutabaga with orange sauce, reduced juice. In the dining room, Angélique takes care of her clients and she advises on food and wine pairings with professionalism. Serveurs au top, verre vide, rempli sans demander. ( D' ailleurs carte des vins pas dégueulasse !! )

Emplacement pour ce garé restreint.
Acoustique de la salle à revoir ou à faire évoluer, car intimité compliquée, dès que la salle est à moitié pleine du mal à s'écouter sur une table a 2.
Et avis personnel sur le plat de viande bœuf j'aurais mis un petit monticule léger de sel rose de l' Himalaya( 1/4 de cuillère à café) dans l assiette. afin de choisir, pour les légumes qui a mon gout manquant d' une légère pointe sel. Merci pour cette expérience.
Sinon je vous recommande vivement cet établissement , des gens qui aiment ce qui font, et ils le font bien.
