Trained by some of the world's greatest Michelin-starred chefs, this Burgundian chef and his wife Tiffany finally decided to settle in the center of Buxy. Thanks to the sincere, authentic cuisine he offers in a historic building, they quickly earned their first star. At the table, you'll find local produce of rare quality, which Maxime sublimates with sometimes bewildering but always masterful combinations, such as Bresse poultry with dandelion and cider.

Une très belle carte des vins à prix raisonnable.
Décoration un peu austère. Des lumières indirectes, quelques plantes et des rideaux donneraient un peu de chaleur à ce restaurant.

La carte est assez reduite, les plats sont tres fins la carte des vins somptueuse.... chaudement recommande.
