A caboulot in Franc-Comtois dialect means a village bistro, and this one is no exception to the rule. A simple home cooking, but which wants to be frank, copious and very effective. Facing the very pretty cock of the place d'armes, the terrace is welcoming on sunny days to enjoy a salad meal or a piece of Charolais beef.
