This imposing bourgeois residence, formerly a 15th-century coaching inn, has reinvented itself over the years to become the charming, authentic hotel it is today. Each of the 16 rooms has its own unique style, designed in the pure Burgundian tradition. Frédéric Lamy, master of the house and a native of the town of Chagny, has brilliantly transcribed the "savoir-recevoir" characteristic of the region. Everything here is in harmony with the hotel's three-starred table, where you're sure to enjoy an unforgettable stay.
