BESANA TAPAS
Created in 2009, Besana tapas has managed to rank among the top 100 in Spanish gastronomy. Headed by two chefs, Curro Noriega and Mario Ríos, considered virtuosos of tapa, who are committed to a market cuisine based on the philosophy of km 0. That is why we will not find any fish on the menu but only the suggestion of the day, to guarantee its freshness. Modified four times a year, with special suggestions for Lent, this menu will still have its must-have features such as El timbal de habitas (a timbal of small beans), canelonis rossini, cochinillo asado (suckling pig) or pionono de cordero (lamb roll). As for wines, more than 40 references and a commitment in favour of Andalusian wines. No need to book, the house does not use this method. At most, you'll have to wait a little while.
