EL ARCO TAPAS
Opened in 2009 by the owners of the restaurant El arco, this bar is located in an old house of the judería ultrerena. It has a welcoming atmosphere and offers classic Andalusian cuisine, although the Spanish classics are not forgotten. For example, there are anchovies from Cantabria with gorgonzola, quail eggs with papaya and liver mousse, bull tail pancakes with chilli pepper and, more traditionally, veal fillet. As for dessert, this is an opportunity to try crema ultrerana, which is similar to crema catalana.
