Ferme des Bien Vivants, located in Champlecy, is a cheese dairy specializing in the production of goat's milk cheeses. The owners, Cécile Jacob, Matthieu Hennion and Etienne Cacheux, are passionate about their craft, and are involved in every stage of production, from raising the goats to marketing the products. In addition to goat cheeses, the farm also offers other products such as terrines made from goat and pork meats, intense cream made from goat's milk and soaps made from goat's milk. Products can be purchased in-store or picked up on site. Ferme des Bien Vivants is committed both locally and professionally, and is well surrounded by family, friends and neighbors. Self-guided, guided and organized tours are also available to interested visitors.
