Charming house in Charolles offering guest rooms with terrace overlooking the village church.
Jean-Luc and Pascal welcome you in this charming 18th-century house, located in the centre of Charolles. The door opens onto an inner garden, ideal to laze on sunny days. This attractive guesthouse offers suites. In the main building, guests have the choice between Fragonard I and II and Chateaubriand I and II, in pastel shades, wooden period furniture mix with Louis XVI, Napoleon III and a 1930s touch. Guests are quiet with, on one side, a courtyard view and, further on, the village church, recently restored. On the ground floor, a large room with fireplace is available for breakfast as well as a large lounge, in red and cosy tones. A small adjoining room serves as a smoking room with, among others, the original armchairs, initially created to dress a boat. The other side of the courtyard, in an old printing house, the Diderot duplex, more contemporary, opens onto a wooden terrace. A perfect place for a honeymoon! A lounge with summer also allows guests to be in the cool during the summer heat. Dolce vita in Charolles... Let us add that this guesthouse won the champions final of a programme (Bienvenue chez Nous) broadcasted on TF1. Suffice to say that this address is really among the most futé.
