The former convent of the Poor Clares, a listed building dating back to the 15th century, is still alive and kicking thanks to this beautiful tourist office, which hosts exhibitions of works by local artists. Throughout the year, it welcomes tourists and the curious to discover this pretty corner of the département and this historic town. A wealth of information is available on green walks, horseback rides and cycling tours, with topoguides of the Charolais region and surrounding area. Guided tours of the town are organised on Wednesdays in high season.

Personnel à l'écoute et hyper bienveillante avec les enfants
Nous sommes arrivés ce matin pour visiter Charolles juste pour la journée.
Déçue que l on ne met pas dit qu il y avait un concert à 11h ce matin, nous en avons profité que 5 mn au plus, de l extérieur.
De plus, avec cette canicule, nous avons fait l effort de monter à la fabrique de faïencerie, nous avons trouvé porte close, congés d été.
C est des informations très importantes quand on est touriste, peut être un manque d expérience des petites jeunes de l office, après chaque jour, il y a des évènements différents et il faut penser en informer les touristes en plus du circuit historique qui est très sympa à faire.
