With Tristan Barreiros, former Paris restaurateur and founder of Bonne Maison, the term "épicerie fine" takes on its full meaning. The company has also been recognized for its quality by the Collège Culinaire de France, created by 15 renowned chefs. Born in the spring of 2023, Bonne Maison is already a great success, notably for its Charolais pastis, which it makes, like other delicacies, on its farm-workshop in La Guiche. Homemade or collected with passion, honeys, oils, jams, spirits and other delicacies are available to take away or taste on site.
