The flavors of an exceptional terroir sublimated by a passionate chef. Welcome to Le Sévanol, a haven of peace sheltered in a park with century-old trees. A delightful dining room, an adaptable terrace with a bioclimatic pergola, and always a warm welcome from Martine and Lionel. The chef does a marvellous job of cooking Charolais meats, like this "Royal de Bourbon" rib-eye, farmhouse poultry with Burgundy snails and fresh fish, not to mention homemade desserts with profiteroles Bourguignonne-style. Outstanding wine list. Privatization available.
