Located in a large building in the heart of the small village of Clessé, Christelle Simonnet, dynamic owner of the Auberge des Hunters, welcomes its clientele in an establishment combining tradition and modernity by combining a rustic decoration with more contemporary colors. The bar is quite impressive in its design and immediately recalls the wine barrels of this region of Burgundy. The large dining room gives the place its family and homemade appearance with antique furniture that glue well to the label of the establishment: «Country tables». On the outside, a large shaded terrace welcomes up to 50 people to taste a glass of wine from the country around a slate of chopped ham from countries or according to the appetite of each of a more complete meal.
