Nestled in a large flowered garden, the Forum takes you to Italy. Sit on the terrace in a country house or in a room in a stone house and taste the delicious pizzas, pasta and salads of the house. The Chef's specialities: speck, pizza baked to the stove and tartuffo covered with cream. Côté and lasagna are accompanied by bologna sauce, raw ham of Parma, vegetables or carbonara sauce. Italian products are well present in most of the dishes, salads and hot toast. And bambinos are not forgotten of course. Côté wine, The Forum offers a wide range of French wines mainly Burgundy and Mâconnais and several Italian wines carefully selected. In dessert, the house offers ice cream, goat-fresh cheese only from March to October and homemade desserts such as tiramisu, cotta, apple and pick of bananas.
