Probably the most advantageous location in the whole city, on the pretty square next to the superb abbey and the Hôtel de Bourgogne, the Brasserie du Nord benefits from an ideal setting for a break. Its very large terrace makes it a perfect place to admire the details of the architecture of this old town. A vast room on two floors, modern and still very busy, this brasserie is nevertheless charming and of good quality. An efficient, dynamic and smiling team that makes it a point of honour to welcome regulars and tourists in the best possible way. The restaurant service offers a menu with regional accents as well as some of the usual brasserie-style proposals. For instance, the hake back stewed with fennel and leeks is served alongside the Charolais entrecote or andouillette. We appreciate waffles or ice cream depending on the season for a gourmet break in the afternoon. A nice address that we recommend. The large terrace and nearby parking are the two assets of this establishment.
