Climb its 120 steps to admire the most beautiful panorama of the entire city and surrounding bell towers. Formerly known as the Tour des Fèves (Bean Tower), it owes its new name of Tour des Fromages (Cheese Tower) to a 19th-century cheese-maker who used it to dry her cheeses.
