Jérémy Maigret opened Pâtisserie Polisson in the heart of Cluny in 2021. Here, he shares his vision of gourmet delights, marrying flavors to perfection in both traditional and more creative recipes. In the bread department, there's something for everyone: cereal bread, sourdough bread or simply traditional baguette. When it comes to pastries, we're particularly fond of our seasonal creations. As for viennoiserie, in 2023 the brand won second prize in the departmental competition for the best croissants and pains au chocolat.
