The sumptuous apartments, the gilded halls and the moats that have been reopened make Cormatin the most inspired of the castles of the Loire Valley, famous for its sumptuous intact decorations from the Louis XIII period. The 12-hectare park is also worth a visit, with its large labyrinth leading to the aviary-belvedere and its flower beds. In 2023, the brand new green theater in the gardens is worth a visit!
