Located in the heart of the Couchois vineyard, in a former post office dating from the 17th century, the restaurant Les Trois Maures expresses this historical side in its furniture and the character of the building. But as far as the cuisine is concerned, place is given to a very current gastronomy. Vincent Tolfo, a seasoned restaurant professional, brings to his menu a balance where Burgundian traditions are very present, sometimes revisited with great finesse. The wine list allows us to travel all over Burgundy. A very pleasant table!
