Formerly the Bistronome du Château, the restaurant at the Château de Couches has been renamed the Blason de Vair. The contemporary furnishings of the beautiful dining room blend with the magnificent Burgundian flagstones and French-style ceiling. In the kitchen, chef Jean-Philippe Marques makes it a point of honor to work exclusively with local, seasonal produce, without disdaining a few exotic touches. Flavor combinations are as surprising as they are exquisite. A beautiful terrace is the perfect place to enjoy this gastronomic moment.

Restaurant dans un cadre idyllique avec des prestations de qualité un personnel très aimable et à l'écoute de nos souhaits. Parfait pour venir avec des enfants qui peuvent jouer dans le parc du château. Une cuisine raffinée et de saison.
