There are some appointments you have to wait for. Among them, "La Vivre". Every 20 years, since 1888, Couches revives the legend of the Vivre. This fabulous animal, present in ancient texts, sowed terror in the region in the Middle Ages. Historical re-enactments, float parades, musical groups and entertainment in a medieval setting are organised by all the inhabitants of Couches. In 2008, more than 30,000 people participated in the event. Will you be able to wait so as not to miss the 2028 edition?
