Located on the old famous National Route 6, the Cassolette is a pleasant dive address in the heart of an exceptional gastronomic land. Elisabeth Laumy and Jean-Marie Barber simply receive you in a room that can accommodate up to 45 people until during the summer season thanks to the terrace protected by a centenary tree. Cassolette of turkey snails, pick and andouillette are on the menu. The specialties of the house: chicken brechets called frogs'frogs (spécialité specialty). The restaurant offers a traditional and traditional cuisine consisting of pot and boudin. The kitchen is made home and the products come directly from the market. The "taraillettes" are small Provençal pottery where a range of homemade desserts is served. They will delight the small and the greedy.
