HOSTELLERIE BRESSANE
Located in the heart of Cuisery, the restaurant "L'Hostellerie bressane" is one of the gastronomic establishments of the region. With its beautiful entrance terrace and its pleasant and not overlooked garden, L'Hostellerie bressane is an ideal place to have lunch with family on Sunday. The restaurant is spacious, the decoration carefully combines more traditional aspects with other more modern ingredients. The cuisine, the pleasure of the eyes and the pleasure of the senses are intertwined. Cyrille Jobert, his wife and team offer refined gourmet and regional cuisine. You can also taste the wild snails of Burgundy in shells with garlic butter and parsley homemade as a bass fillet, leeks fondue, muslin sauce with Crémant de Bourgogne. Pike quenelle, langoustines bisque, wild rice, a calf's kidney freshly sautéed with mustard, fresh tagliatelles and tasty Charolaise rib steak accompanied by a mashed potatoes with truffle oil aroma, wine sauce. Farm faisselle with cream of Bresse of course and Burgundian sundae to finish.
