L'ÎLE CHAUMETTE
Restaurant with seasonal cuisine, wine cellar and waterside terrace, a local institution in Épervans.
L'Île Chaumette restaurant, a bucolic local institution on the banks of a dead branch of the Saône, was back in service in spring 2024. Renovated in the spirit of a chic guinguette, it boasts a decor combining stone, iron and wood, and a vast terrace. Chef Pascal Choléwa, with more than 40 years' experience, offers classic cuisine revisited with seasonal produce and timeless frogs, calf's head, fish or "bouchées à la reine". A glassed-in cellar with 200 references also invites you to let yourself be carried away on this bistronomic ship.
