The restaurant of the Château de Fleurville only opens in the evening. The restaurant prefers subdued lights and discretion. Both the location and the menu are well deserved. Alain Ducasse took care to distinguish the restaurant from the group of remarkable tables with the label of the Good Tables. On the menu: traditional Burgundian cuisine revisited with roasted quail, fried frogs, Charollais beef fillet and tarts.
